NO Exchange or Refunds 24 hours after the purchase is made. Returns and Exchange are allowed with damage item(s) only. Order can only be canceled within 24 hours from when the purchase was made. Once the purchase is finalized, the customer will receive an email detailing information stating the confirmation of your purchase. The email will also give the option to cancel the purchase before the 24 hours is up.
Returns and Exchanges are not allowed due to COVID-19 and to the intimate nature of the item being sold. We ensure that our customers receive a product that has not been in another customer's hands. Please fill out the returned item(s) form and email the form to Nakedsavagellc@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please be specific about the damages the item(s) have, picture and video are allowed as an attachment.
Please allow 1-2 business days for a response with details explaining the return or exchange process.
Gifted Item(s): When purchasing a gifted item(s) please select the gift option at the checkout. When the item is purchased and shipped, the customer will receive a gift receipt. Gifted Item can not be returned or exchange if item is not damages. If the customer receives a damaged item(s), the customer must email us Nakedsavagellc@gmail.com with the gift receipt and specific details on the damaged item. Once that is done and it's approved we will send an email with a virtual gift card and you may use it to buy anything on the website or at the pick up location. Due to the Return and Exchange policy we have to protect our customers and business.
